A lovely walk. The waterfalls are a real bonus, giving you the option to cool off on the ascent. The walk to the top is steep but the pathways are well marked and laid to stone to aid grip. The lower part of the walk is covered by trees but you get to see the waterfalls, the upper part of the walk gives you the magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and valleys and is very open so check the weather to get the best views.

WalkingGreat!

The trail covers several different scenes from waterfalls to high plain. The view was amazing. The climb to the top was long, but most of the trail was in great conditions. The last piece of the trail was to cross the river on rocks. You can avoid that by walking further to the road. But we did it as a little adventure for my 6 years old.

Great walk, sadly it was very foggy so when we got to the top of the mountain we couldn’t see much it the walk was a great mix of mountains and waterfalls. The last stretch was a lovely finisher.

Great trail! However this is a moderate walk, the gradient is steep, and when wet it can be quite hard to get up the two steep climbs. Beautiful though and after heavy rains, the waterfalls were spectacular. Walked with my mum (70 years old) who is a seasoned walker and she struggled due to her short legs and the often big steps on the climbs.
