This trail takes you to the wonderful Aber Falls. If you're up to it, you can jump in the plunge pool. However, the water is very cold and you must exercise extreme caution with the slippery rocks. Keep an eye out for remnants of old settlements from the Bronze Age along the trail.

I took my 5 year old boy here at the weekend. He only struggled at the start because its a slight incline. However we both absolutely loved it here! The waterfall is amazing. And there's places to paddle and climb on rocks. Only thing I will say is its £3 parking so you're prepped, and it gets VERY busy. To get there early to get parking. Otherwise it's gridlocked! Definitely worth it though!

Beautiful trail. Not too long and not too short.

Great walk, slightly hilly so may not be ideal for small children. Excellent for blowing the cobwebs away and getting the lungs going, also great for dogs. Lovely waterfall at the end.

Leuke wandeling met kinderen. Prachtige waterval. Jammer dat je heen en weer loopt. Een loop is het niet. Parkeren 3 pond.

Enjoyed this walk today with my family and dog. Pouring with rain but still scenic and photogenic. Saw a family with a pushchair - gives you an idea of the suitability of this walk. Mainly uphill out and of of course downhill on the return. Car park at the bottom is £2 for the day. (Aug 18)

I have run from Llanfairfechain to Aber Falls and back and it was one of the best trail runs I’ve done. 10 miles in total, followed by fish and chips in the cafe on the front at Llanfairfechain. Really good day out!!

Stunning waterfall after a cruisy trek with a couple of good friends! Would recommend if you want great views without the strenuous inclines that a lot of trails tend to require.

Family friendly hike to falls which are quite unexpectedly beautiful. Yet to try extensions including loop to Llanfairfechan. Also hear the flapjack from cafe in Aber is to die for.
