gorgeous waterfalls, my dog loved it. quite a steep descent back into Aber and then a little road trek back to the car park, but the loop is worth doing

Great walk. Would advise arriving before 9am to avoid the crowds and enjoy the peace! Start from the car park and do the circular walk with the falls as the first way point and continue towards Rhaeder Fach along the North Wales path. Starting the other way round will be harder on your heart than on your knees! (it's quite a hard slog up hill starting at the village end). This route has the advantage of fewer people and lovely views. Recommended.
