Secluded hike that is fairly flat through meadows and trees. The lake is beautiful and you can swim or wade. Add this to your list.

Beautiful scenery. Walk through standing and blown down trees, marshy areas all up to a beautiful (small amount of lily pads) lake. Always bring bug AND bear spray.

Very nice hike. Flat and easy. When we got to the lake which was much larger than we thought it would be. Looked like could have been Moose country at one time. We did not stay long as it was chilly with about a 20 mile per hour wind coming off the lake. Only saw two Bald Eagles.

An easy hike with some great views. I would not wade into the lake again, though. The leeches were terrible in the summer of 2017.

This trail provides a nice and easy hike with breathtaking views! Caught some nice cutthroat trout in Riddle Lake as a bonus! Highly recommend this trail. Don't forget your bear spray as this is a bear management area through mid-July.

Very lovely little lake, with pond lilies on it. The riddle is what side of the Continental Divide the lake is on. The answer to the riddle is Solution Creek, which flows north into Yellowstone Lake, which is on the Atlantic side of the Divide, even though the trailhead is on the Pacific side of the Divide.
