Nice short nature trail. Popular for hiking and mountain biking. Muddy this time of year in spots. Dogs are allowed on leash. Several gates to open/close. Hit and miss for birding. Wildlife in area.

Mostly Heavily wooded easy trail (road), good for beginners. A lot of little trails a person can take off on.

Love camping up here, beautiful views, lots of different trails starting in this area. I see horseback riders up here frequently too. Kid Friendly, pet friendly and typically secluded from others (:

Great place to take kiddos as well as beginer hikers. Many of the campsites and the trails are handicap accesable. Its really cool. Several loops of varied leangth can be connected to walk all day if you like. There are countless trails that start from this area and head off in to different areas. Bring a map and compass if you plan on heading out of the areas around the campsites. This is a realy cool place to learn some map and compass skills. Great veiws. Pretty good birding.
