A short interpretive path near Jackson Lake Lodge that overlooks Willow Flats and Jackson Lake to the distant Tetons. This is a short 1 mile hike up a ridge to a high point of land called Lunch Tree Hill next to the Jackson Lake Lodge. You will overlook Willow Flats and Jackson Lake towards the Teton range in the distance. Keep your eye out for moose in Willow Flats. On the way back take the time to walk into Jackson Lake Lodge and get a bite (big bite) to eat at the Pioneer Grill before leaving the area. Staying in Jackson Lake Lodge overnight is unbelievable. Nice and easy walk with beautiful views

Easy paved walk to see wildlife in Willow Flats below. There is an unpaved trail that spurs off at the top of the hill, but I did not have time to explore it. I went early in the morning and saw moose, elk, and golden eagles. Though I did not see any, bears are supposed to frequent the area as well. The plagues dotting the trail are very informative.
