Pleasant walk along ridge overlooking the tower, then drops down into the valley to return.

Much quieter trail than the inner loop. Great views looking up to the tower, and a shady pocket valley that allows you to cool off for a few minutes while walking the loop.

Really nice to just wander around in awe of devils tower. More a a stroll than a hike with beautiful views of the prairie as well.

Les plus belles vues sur Devil Tower!

The combination of Red Beds and Joyner trails are highly recommended for a nice loop trail. Gorgeous views of Devil's Tower from different perspectives, beautiful walks in grass prairies, and plenty of shade among the pine trees. The smell of pine trees makes this trail very pleasant. Easy to moderate.
