The GTNP Pathway is in great condition, well-traveled, and patrolled. The pathway appears to end at Jenny lake, but if you take the pathway to the right (east) until it crosses the road (parking lot) then follow the signs to the campground, there is an old road/paved trail that will take you to the Jenny Lake scenic drive. This adds about 3 more miles to the ride.
