One of the best trails I've seen so far. A huge variety of landscapes from amazing views on most of the park to thermal features to views of the Yellowstone River canyon. All in one hike!
I recommend doing the other way around, doable but a bit hard in one day, the best to fully enjoy the trail and not rush it is to backpack and sleep overnight in the middle.
