Great trail at sunset. Saw a diving bird fishing (eagle?), a grizzly bear butt and families of beavers.

Nice easy hike beautiful views of Jackson Lake on the far side, it stars out a a paved path then turns in to a dirt trail, it was a little hazy from the smoke but not bad at all

Not worth doing, trails aren’t marked well, staff was rude and bathrooms where horrible. Much better view at Jenny lake with nicer staff.

This was a fun, short walk. We came here mid morning to check out the gift shop and visitors center and then strolled down this trail before stopping at the beach and eating our lunch. This was a “break day” from our harder hikes. It was nice to soak in the view of the Grand Tetons! Please wear a mask — it’s the only reason some of our National Parks are open right now!!

Not bad but not great. Trail head is right by the boat docks. If you're an avid hiker then you'll be disappointed. Much better hikes down by Jenny Lake area. Families and couples holding hands at a slow leisure pace are most of the people on this trail. It will say it's not as crowded as I thought it would be. There's a laundry/shower facility ($5 to shower) just up the parking lot from the boat docks next to the General Store...if you have an hour to kill than this trail would be a good option. (the facility also has free WiFi)

Nice easy trail and wasn't too heavy with traffic. We hiked in with the intention of spending some time at the beaches along the path. Glad we did. Awesome views.

Easy walk next to Jackson Lake. It’s a paved, flat trail suitable for strollers and kids of all ages. There are great views of Mount Moran, the marina, and the surrounding woods. There are also plenty of lake access points for wading or swimming. Bring water shoes!
