Enjoyed the hike - beautiful wildflowers! We hiked to the meadows... be prepared for a steady climb up and carry bug spray.

Beautiful hike. There is a creek crossing, so be prepared for that. Wildflowers and the occasional patch of snow made the hike even more interesting.

Spectacular flowers, no bugs on our trip. Hardly any others on trail. Best wildflowers we saw during our week of hiking.

Hiked to the Coal Creek Meadows today with the family. All of my kids made it up and down without too many problems. The trail is fairly steep. It climbs 1700ft. in 2.5 miles. The only other problem we had was the bugs. If you do this hike, make sure you have bug spray.

I really wish we had been able to get to the top of the pass, but today was not the day.
