This was a great trail with some amazing views of the surrounding table top ranges. The water level was very high so forging the first stream involved getting wet, but the rest of the hike was in good shape. There is still snow in the pass and it is very wet up top so it is a little difficult to navigate the whole top prairie area. It seems very lightly traveled and very serene.

Beautiful hike. The wildflowers in late July and early August have to be seen to be believed.

Easy hike. Spent the night on Austin Peak in order to take some photos late evening and early in the morning. Cold night with some high winds.
