Located within a county park at 1,951 feet this highpoint is a three and half hour drive from the capitol of Madison. There are two towers at the top that can be climbed. A steel one that rises 22 meters can be climbed via an exposed attached ladder while the wooden tower rises 15 meters and can be climbed via safer stairs. This highpoint is about 200 miles from the state capitol of Madison, Wisconsin and it will take you about 3.5 hours of driving to get there.

We were in the area and my husband is a fan of fire towers so definitely had to go. Was a nice walk with great views.

Very easy but it steep for the final 1000 feet or so. Might need snowshoes after a fresh, heavy snowfall.

Well this was my 2nd of three high points My wife and I scored in 16 hours. The hill is steep from the parking lot, one part paved another section ins't. Not to far from the parking lot. My dad did it, so i know most of the other elderly in the 60s can do it as well.
