Easy hike but don’t detour to the fish hatchery unless you’re in for an uphill climb on the way back.

Lots of mosquitoes and unfortunately not much of a view from the lookout.

Great trail - well groomed and marked. We took the trail counterclockwise which made it a bit more challenging. We were disappointed with the overlook as it was grown in and didn’t offer a view.

First time hiking this loop! Great trail, slight incline to the peak, but not too strenuous. Lovely old, tall pines. Quiet, except for a few noises from the nearby campground. Hiked up and ran part of the downhill sections, about 35 mins to complete. Wear bug spray.
