Sand Cave trail travels past Big Sand Cave and Little Sand Cave. Both are washed out areas of limestone with small waterfalls. Black Thunder Point, located between the two caves offers an excellent view of the Wisconsin River.

Love it and saw the cave. Great for the kids but do wear good shoes. It can be slippery when not wearing good shoes

Awesome cave and falls. Depending on which way you turn cave and falls is 1/4 or 3/4 always from the start. Worth the hike. Suggest good shoes. A lot of rock steps.

My kid likes to play in the fluffy white sand at overhang where the waterfall is located. We go about once a year. Saw a rat snake last time, that was cool.

Pretty loop with two very small trickling waterfalls and shallow sandstone caves. I preferred the sugar maple trail at wylusing

Nice hike to a couple bluff caves, one with a wet weather waterfall. Trail layed out well and would be easy for youth to hike.
