Picnic Point Trail is a 2 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Oshkosh, Wisconsin that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail.

Went with my dog Duke, did not do whole thing I am sure. But is very beautiful. Seen some deer running on trail. Will go back.

This is a great trail. It's not well known so there's a good chance you won't encounter many people on the trail. It can get muddy in spots and the bugs are pretty persistent, so bug spray is a must. Part of the trail follows the service road, but it's not used often and it takes you to the spectacular view of the lake.
