Nice trail. You take part of the Oakleaf bike trail before you go off into the woods. Trails were a little small and overgrown in parts, but we only ran into about three or four people. We took a detour to do the seven Bridges Trail out onto the beach. That in itself is worth the trip.

Easy and light. Little cliffs to watch out for. Good for any age. Bugs but fine.

Great trail, wish there was more of a starting area where you can walk the whole trail from start to finish, nonetheless it was beautiful! Also there were different trail options, smaller paths to get more of a hiking feel and larger ones for biking or strollers!

dog friendly, easy with kids. some trails are a little close to the road which I don't prefer. the roads going in are rough drive slow. Dec t park for mke county Park. will be back in summer.

My 9 year old did not think it was moderate. I feel like exploring throughout all the trails off of this mapped out route was more interesting (7 bridges). The 1st half of the loop takes you through a paved path- lots of biking the first half of the loop. Once you get in to the woods and go off of this route it’s more interesting. That’s where I give it 4 stars and climbing can make this area more moderate. There were families playing down by the beach. It was pretty where there were over looks.

The Oak Leaf portion of this trail is beautiful, but one thing that really stands out is the Seven Bridges trail it’s connected to. This goes over and nearby a little creek that leads down to the lake and is a scenic walk any time of year.

Able to stench this into a 4.5 mile walk with an occasional walker. Much of it is paved, nice when you get off of the pavement and into some woods. Some nice views of Lake Michigan.

Easy hike, very touristy, Nice walking on the Lake Michigan and on the small stream down through the park. One of our favorite parks in Milwaukee.

the trails are easy, but are near steep cliffs so make sure to watch kids and pets. dogs are allowed on leash. trails offer amazing cliffside views of lake michigan.
