It was cool. There were educational points along the way. You could see cool waterfalls and it was a fun family experience. The colors and power of the water was amazing.

Love the trails at Copper Falls! Lots of stairs and several different views of the falls. One of the trails (I’m sorry I don’t recall which) has a fire tower you can climb. It’s fine if hard to see from the top as the wall comes up pretty high. At 5’7” I was straining. Lots of bugs but what do you expect, it’s the woods in Northern WI.

Kind of upset since I was here a few years ago and was able to climb around on all the rocks but it’s now blocked off with signs everywhere :(. I get it. But I like climbing like a kid :) beautiful views.

Great trail! Not dog friendly, dogs not allowed. I brought mine since everything is pretty closed up right now. It wasn’t busy saw no one is at 7 AM Saturday morning. Restroom facilities were open everything else is closed. The first half of the trails very easy and ADA accessible with wheelchair alternate routes. The halfway point has steep stairs down and then back up about four flights on each side. Beautiful waterfalls!

I did this hike in June with my 2, 4 and 7 year-olds. The 2 year old rode in a baby carrier on my back for most of it while the older two kids hiked the whole trail. There are portions with a lot of steps up or down, but it’s totally manageable with kids- and a lot of bug spray. Well-marked paths and beautiful views. Well worth the state park annual pass purchase! We stopped at Loon Lake to swim on the way out- great little beach!

Absolutely beautiful views, very easy hike. Only downside was the cloud of mosquitoes following us the entire time that ate us alive. Just that time of year though.

Beautifully kept trails with scenes of falls and rocky cliffs. Only downside for us is that no dogs are allowed, and we have two that normally go on hikes and had to stay in the car for this one. There are quite a few steps in some areas.

Great late spring walk. Trail was icy and muddy in spots, but completely passable. The roaring waterfalls definitely steal the show.
