Great trail that connects the Villages of Menomonee Falls, Lannon, Sussex, Towns of Lisbon and Merton. Connects to county's Menomonee Park. In 2013-2014 and 2015, this trail is undergoing improvements to the bridges and surfacing. Great for walking, jogging, and bicycling.

Definitely not good for hiking, unless you want to walk in a straight line for miles with not much to see. Jogging this trail would be nice, also there are plenty of mountain bikers, but I was definitely out of place when I "hiked" it lol
