Lots to see here. This trail features wooded segments and a path along a gorge overlooking the lake. Access to Lake Michigan is possible and there are a few picnic tables close to the beginning of the hike.

This a well maintained trail that has a mix of forest, lake view overlooks, bluffs and lakeshore. I great trail that is well marked and easily accessible. Parking seems limited so if going on a weekend you may want to get there early.

I will have to say that this is a good walking trail and access to Lake Michigan is possible. It was a bit muddy but negotiable with ease. Great for all ages and level of ability. There are a few picnic tables close to the beginning. Enjoy!

A little muddy but that's to be expected, we brought our rain boots for just that reason. Our 7 year old had a great time.

Lots to see here. Wooded segments and a path along a gorge overlooking the lake. I went the day after a light snow shower so the preserve was dusted and very serene.
