From north--south along the trail. Day 1 includes around 15 miles of hiking to Nagawauke Camp. Day 2 includes around 16 miles of hiking through Lapham Peak State Park to Pinewoods Campground. Day 3 is the easiest and includes around 13 miles of hiking to County Highway ZZ to end the Waukesha County Section.
