Harwood Lakes and Chippewa Moraine segments. East to west. Saw lots of Beaver activity and dams. rolling topography and tons of Kettle lakes. dry conditions made for a dry trail.

A nice forest hike, but it had rained recently and we had to turn around after 1.5 miles because the trail was covered with water.

17.5 mile hike after a 2-3 inch snowfall of heavy, wet snow. Trail is marked extremely well...watch for new yellow tags in re-route area heading out to parking area south of Perch Lake. Challenging hike, but not too tough...a few spots of incline, but not too bad. Beautiful lake views and some seriously impressive beaver dams along the way.
