Hawthorn Hollow is a private, nonprofit nature sanctuary and arboretum owned and operated by the Hyslop Foundation, providing environmental education to all ages. The 40 acres of varied terrain offer 2 miles of trails winding through the woods of the Pike River Valley and a 12 acre Arboretum. OPEN: March 1 October 31 8:00 5:00 November 1 December 23 8:00 4:00 CLOSED: Mondays & December 24 March 1 The historic buildings are open from late spring through fall. The Two Sisters Boutique is open (weather permitting) Saturdays and Sundays during May, June, September and October from 12:00 4:00 pm, or by appointment.

great trail to take kids lots of fun stuff to discover! we are going back in the fall!!
