Some rocky and rooty climbs, otherwise great. Deadfall all cleared. Crossing Hwy 23 with the construction a challenge but very do-able. Great day!

I walk this trail very often, and even though it is rocky it is an excellent trail for those who want a light workout while getting steps in. 100% recommend

Great trail for exercise. Rocky in some spots. Quite a few ups and downs. We crossed Hwy 23 to continue IAT from Plank Road trail towards Greenbush to make it a good 10 miles.

Lots of brief ups and downs with rocky and root filled footing. Beautiful scenery and a nice opportunity to figure out/refresh how to get the most out of the trek poles.

Decent out and back trail. Ice coverage today made it real slippery. Pretty easy otherwise.

Trail is pretty difficult. Moss was wet and slick, lots of rocks/roots and incline/decline. Almost lost my footing a few times, but i loved this path. Went almost 3 miles on it, plan on going back someday.

Dense woods with narrow trails that are quite rocky in some places. The area that I hiked was a moderate challenge with some steep climbs. I hiked for a couple of hours and only saw two people. Very peaceful. I recommend hiking shoes due to the rocky terrain.
