WOW what a little treasure. The loop isn't really marked, but with general intuition you can make the 1/2 mile loop - but you have to cross the creek a few times. I was wearing my teva sandals so I didn't mind getting my feet wet, only one crossing required that the others I was able to rock hop. Definitely a popular place (for a good reason) so maybe an off time is best...but I got lucky and when I reached the base of the waterfall had it all to myself. You can maneuver behind the falls which is fun! Saw so many frogs & wild columbine flowers are blossoming right now If you have limited mobility you can still get a great view of the waterfall without climbing down or crossing the stream. very nice hike although if you want to do the whole loop prepare to have to safely cross slippery rocks in the upper stream.

Absolutely love this place. A great place to come to and get your good energy out. It is a bit rocky, some trails come close to the edge so I would not recommend bringing kids here as it's accumulated a reckless reputation. Beyond that, Fonferek boasts a waterfall and an overlook platform.

This was an awesome view, my kids loved the waterfall. Slippery rocks and obviously wet conditions but overall worth it.

yesterday afternoon provided a massive roar of water at the falls. it was a little muddy up top but worth every second to see the water crashing through.

Short loop with a great view. It might be most enjoyable during the winter when the stream is frozen since there are 2 river crossings along the loop.

Beautiful waterfall, but water was very high and muddy. Had to stay on west side of creek. Plan on coming back in the summer during drier weather to explore more

The water was pretty high so the waterfall was beautiful but we were also unable to cross the creek to do the loop as planned.

One of my favorite areas! You can also make this as easy or difficult as you like... some days I take the easier way, others I’m climbing around challenging myself. I love this in the spring when the waterfall is full force! Such a beautiful place!

Beauty beyond imagination! Native Wisconsin prairie was my favorite part of the park. Monarchs were hatching everywhere!

Drove from Appleton (roughly 30 min) on a rainy Sunday. Planned on hiking elsewhere after our time there as it stated only a .5 mile trail. After spending 3 hours here we didn’t have enough time. Tons to explorer and a variety of wildlife. One of my favorite spots in Wisconsin yet
