I honestly could not find this “trail.” There is a sidewalk that loops the entire complex but it is only one mile. There are trails such as the grey flats trail system but by no means does it follow the route given here. The gray flats is a great trail system as it has multiple possibilities which is great for any level of experience. There is a caution sign that warns beginners when the trail is going to become vigorous and steep both down and back. Overall I would recommend the grey flats for those in the area.
