Had a super nice time hiking this trail! It’s very easy and worth trying to catch at sunset! It is REALLY nice in the fall.

On a busy day, parking is space. There is a parking lot that fits about 4-5 vehicles then some roadside parking.

Phenomenal. Two times which will be even better, is when the rhodendronds are in bloom, and of course fall. Can get muddy but a must see!!

Absolutely stunning vista, and an easy (yet muddy at the moment) walk to get to it. Follow my instagram for more adventures @julie_journeys

Really nice easy hike to a beautiful overlook. Muddy on the way, windy and cold when we got to the view. Short walk and not difficult at all.

We hiked this trail in October and the trees were at peak fall foliage coloring. The view of the valley of trees from the overlook was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen! I would say the only down side to this trail is that it was heavily trafficked and parking was limited to lining up along the roadside. The trail was an easy hike and the path was lined with rhododendron bushes so it was like you were walking in a tunnel with those on either side of you. Pretty cool.

Beautiful view but very heavily traveled. If you want more privacy and your willing to walk longer the Pase point trail is beautiful too but a 3mile round trip out and back trail

Beautiful pathway thru Mountain Laurel ending with a gorgeous view of the valley. The path is flat and very navigable, aside from some protruding roots.

Very easy out and back trail. You could probably get away with pushing a jogging stroller down it to be honest. The trail made me feel like I was walking down through a hedge maze for some reason. There’s no hedge there just dense vegetation on both sides until you get to the observation deck. The walk is bland but it’s worth the view.

Small little hike to the overlook. It’s absolutely beautiful, my dog enjoyed it as well! Would love to see a sunset or sunrise here! I’m positive I’ll be back.
