This is a flat, well marked, wide path. Very well traveled. There are areas with access to the river, some have rocks making steps down to the river (easier) and some are steeper and more challenging. There are benches periodically along the path, as well as at least one bathroom building that is kept clean. There is wildlife around (deer bear etc) but most stay clear of the path. Bear cub was seen around mile marker 7 recently. Beautiful well kept trail overall, good for all ages and experience levels.

Easy level trail with great footing. Follows river entire length. Can see river most of the time. Many access points so can choose what part of approximately 75 miles you want to do. Occasional bathrooms, water sources, and camping facilities along the way. There is a town about mid way. Occasional access to river for swimming, etc. Shared with bikers and horseback riders, but saw very little traffic the Sunday in September that I went, and trail pretty wide so plenty of room for all. Very pretty and serene overall.

Great trail...Locals need to learn how to read...or perhaps they don't understand what "kept on a leash" means...

Robe this trail 15 years ago. But now plan to ride it every year. Lots of changes and new camping spots added.

I've hiked and biked parts of this trail many a time over the past four years. It's an easy trail that's very flat and goes on for miles and miles (79 of em'). Great place to go hiking or biking, and there are several areas that you can stop at to venture down to the river (yay for swimming holes!). There are actually bathrooms every 4 miles or so. It's a really pretty place to visit during any season of the year!

Good easy trail. Typical rails to trails good for bikes kids and or dogs. Pretty along river and lots of waterfalls because of recent rainfall. Camping options along the way.

I was hiking, so I only went 3.5 miles out, then back. The trail is small stone, perfect for bikers. It is wide enough for a car, so there is plenty of room for both hikers and bikers.
