Big Schloss Cutoff Trail is a 3.3 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Rockland, West Virginia that offers scenic views and is rated as difficult. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

The trailhead is on the north side of Forest Road 92, with parking for several cars on south side. The trail climbs the southeast slope of Great North Mountain to intersect the Mill Mountain trail. From there you can turn south (left) and go to Big Schloss.
