a small section of the trail attempts to go through an HOA clubhouse. just ignore that and continue on the sidewalk. this isn't much of a nature trail, it's fully paved. the afternoon sun has nearly no cover, and there are no off trails to explore. It's more of an urban trail. it's easy until you get onto the highway, which is quite an uphill climb. there are some wild parsnips growing on the side of the highway, just be careful not to brush up against them. they're not overgrown though. otherwise the trail is well maintained, it's in a well-to-do area so it all feels a bit artificial, in my opinion. not a bad walk. gets the heart pumping. wouldn't call it a hike though.

Several pets not cleaned up after. About half the loop is side walk in housing area. Nice paved uphill trail. The head of the trail is off the busy roadway.park at the shopping center at the top of the hill and head down lake taps parkway to get to trail head. The loop puts you back out at the shopping center. Nice little hour hike.

A great dry weather trail that is a decent walk/hike in either direction. Plenty of uphill and varying elevation changes so you don’t feel constantly flat. Moderate traffic. Take water, especially in warmer conditions. Much better in clear dry conditions.

Nice trail for the daily walk. Not crowded and minimal traffic only when on the actual hill itself.

I've hiked this trail dozens of times on the way to Haggens - never realized it was in AllTrails. Did the trail today on a Sunday with no rain - it's a lot better doing it clockwise than the other way around!

Lakeland Hills trail. Good daily walk. Paved trail along road . Most people walk hill and go straight back up hill. There is also a loop trail that is fenced and winds back up to Lakeland Hills. I park at park n ride and walk from there. Good safe walk used frequently.

Urban, not rural. This was great for a brisk walk. In the wetter seasons, this would be great because there wouldn't be much opportunity for puddling or mud. Nice incline and decline. If you start heading east, down the hill, it will be a good warm up, with the uphill walk in the middle and a nice flat walk back for a cool down.

Good workout however not much nature so not recomended if your craving that. you starts off on corner of Lake Tapps pky next to Sunset park, heading down the hill this is a busy road. Then you veer off to right on the paved trail and loop back around thru neighborhood to other side of park. Safe trail however we did spot a coyote.
