Super fun! Nice uphill, then had a blast down. Got a bit of arm pump. Great morning roop with some decent boosters on Poppin Top.

Coming from CO where almost everything is bi-directional multi-use, this is great. Flow State is perfectly-named; rollers and berms that make for a very cool experience.

Super rocky. Big loose boulders and roots. Supper narrow with large overgrowth and big mosquitos. Stan’s Overlook wasn’t so “overlook-y” with the huge shrub overgrowth. Couldn’t see shit. On the plus side, this is one of the few trails in this state where they actually look like they attempted to mark and grade the trails; even if they are confusing AF.

Off trail

Poppin Tops is bike only. Riders come down very fast on a trail with jumps and blind corners! If a hiker causes a collision on that trail, he/she would be liable for medical costs and damages because they disregarded the bikes only sign

This is a bike only trail. Bikes are going high speeds. Unsafe for walking or hiking. Parallel hiking trails are available and are great. Some of the best views can be found by hiking the fire road.

This is an mtb only loop, as designated by DNR. Don’t go hiking on this suggested loop, you’re liable to get run tf over as downhill trail speed ranges from 10-30+mph on Poppin Tops to Flow State. Especially DON’T BRING YOUR KIDS. Stick to the designated hiking trail of Rattlesnake Ridge. AllTrails isn’t clarifying that this isn’t a multi-use Loop.

The trails at Raging River are on recreation area which has been heavily developed by the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance. It is one of few areas in which it is legal and encouraged to mountain bike. It is STRONGLY discouraged to seek out hiking at raging river area unless you know you are on the Rattlesnake trail.

I did the trail counter clockwise. I loved this trail going up and I would give it a 5 star. it was peaceful, there were very few bikers that passed me, and it was a really nice slow incline. However going down following the loop trail map from AllTrails, I quickly realized that going down from the peak was a bike trail so I diverted back to the original trail. The original trail going down (which I rated 5/5 going up) I would rate a 2.5 star because it was so packed with bikers coming up and the trail is narrow so it's hard to get out of the way.

Most of the route you can’t follow because they are exit only when you arrive . Most of the trail was gravel
