HikingGreat!

This is a mellow hike that takes you across multiple trails and terrains. It lacks any spectacular views but you get to see all kinds of really cool foliage. A perfect hike for a warmer day because you are protected under a canopy for about 95% of the hike. The trail is mostly well maintained. Make sure to use the trail map on this app or you will get confused on how to follow the 3.7 mile trail loop.

Need discover pass. Nice easy trail. If you want to go down to the lake you will need to go off the trail to get close. Not a swimmable lake.

Get there early, parking lot will fill up and you’ll be adding another .5 mile in each direction to and from your car. Great hike if you want to be in a flat shady area. Lots of trails to take depending on how long of a walk you want. Some trails are more overgrown with blackberries but not too bad. Use your map or you’ll get lost. Dog friendly!!

Trail is a bit hard to follow, so bring a map. But nice easy trail that is well maintained overall (overgrown in a few places).

If you all are so paranoid about social distancing outside and wearing a mask ? Stay the hell home ya sheep! Great trail I enjoyed watching people look at each other like everyone had the plague.

A little muddy but not too bad. Overgrown in one spot but easily passable. Nice easy hike. Not too many people, but definitely need a mask!

I hike this trail all the time- it’s pretty much flat, and with my mobility issues I love that. Lots of little trails to explore, and my dogs love it. Even when it’s busy I find it’s usually easy to pick a less populated sub trail

North side of loop is a dirt road, not scenic. South side is nearly flat, in woods and opened out to lake in one place.

Pretty flat trail. At times overgrown. Several forks required looking at the map to stay in the right direction. Good for all ages and walking abilities. Partial views of the lakes a few times.

The trails are not very clearly marked. I would have gotten lost if I hadn't brought my phone. It was also overgrown in several places.

Great trail for a family. But I was surprised at how busy it was at 9:00 on a Friday morning, and also disappointed at how little social distancing was actually happening! Very glad I had this app because about half way through, trail markings just completely disappeared and we absolutely would have gone the wrong way had it not been for the app. Definitely felt longer, though, than what this app has the trail listed as. But nice and flat most of the way, with the middle half feeling very secluded.

Beautiful trail, surrounded by trees and occasional views of the lake. Easy hike and fun places to stop along the way.

Great trail with the little ones. A little muddy in certain areas. Very few people on a Friday morning. However, the entrance to the parking lot was closed when we showed up at 10:00am, adding .5 mi each way to the hike. It was open at noon.

Loved this route! It was a little muddy in areas but much better. The loop is basically a loop of connecting trails! Fairly easy but nice for a Sunday simple family hike!

What a gorgeous day! We wanted something other than liquid sunshine today and we got it. The trail is muddy and even flooded in spots, and there’s no view, but this was just the forest bath we needed!
