Stan's Overlook is the first stop on the Rattlesnake Mountain Trail. A gentle hike with a nicely maintained trail. Start at Snoqualmie Point Park. Discovery Pass needed.

Very enjoyable hike. The trail gets a little overgrown in a few spots, but for the most part ver well maintained. Great incline.... no switchbacks. Just in and out trail. The actual overlook isn’t jaw dropping, but very pretty vista views through some tree tops. Picnic table and a couple of benches at the overlook area. We got to the destination by 7:30 on a Sunday and we were one of maybe ten other cars and when we left at 9:30 the lot was completely full along with two overflow areas. New-ish bike trails here, so it appeared that most cars were bikers.

Very pleasant out and back. Trail is in great shape, we’ll marked and in the shade. Lots of happy dogs too!

The trails are not well marked. The plants are overgrown on the trail so the path is very narrow and you brush up against bushes as you walk. The trees have grown so much at the top that the view is obscured.

Although this hike is rated as moderate, it's on the easier side then some other moderate rated hikes. It's not overly populated with people hiking it. The view at the end is not as rewarding as many of the other hikes in the I90 corridor. Great little hike for beginners.

Beautiful view up top and good exercise getting there. I kept veering off to look af things on the way up but The walk back went alot faster. About 90min round trip.

Awesome bang for your buck. I was lucky enough to get up here for a while by myself on this moderately trafficked hike on a beautiful day. Perfect for a lunch spot.

Easy hike, not much of a view from the lookout. Was really peaceful after about a mile after the 90 traffic died off.

Great hike. First time here. Parked in upper lot that requires a discover pass. Got there around 1:15pm and there were a handful of cars in lot. The toilets at the trail head are gross. Just mostly because people that use them don't take care of them. Mess all over the floor etc. nasty. Clean up after yourselves yo!!! Trail itself is nice. Starts at the lot then crosses several FR junctions. Well marked and signed. There's snow at Stan's Overlook and also further up the trail which I decided to check out. This has got to be a beautiful trail in Spring/Summer. There's all sorts to see from rushing rivers to open fields and deep forest. Only met a handful of people down and up and was pretty much just me and my two dogs. If you do venture further than SO I recommend yaktrax or micro spikes. So easy to get to too off of I-90. There's also an MTB park here as well.

Easy quick hike! 47 min up including a couple look-out spots to river and mountains. 43 min down. Perfect clear day! Really convenient to get to off the 90.

Good hike, trail is well maintained. Went on a cloudy day so the view wasn't great.

Moderate incline. 2.1miles hike ; 4.2miles out and back. Nice view at the top. There are even a couple of benches and table.

Easy, well maintained trail. Unfortunately went on a cloudy day and didn't see much of a view. Would go back.

Nice, mellow hike. The trail gets to be slightly single track halfway up. I did it early morning and took the service road "shortcut" on the way back down at the 2.5 mile mark as I had my dogs and could hear several groups coming up.

it's an ok hike for a week day but I would not expect for an amazing view here. nice and peaceful.

Easy day hike. Took me about 1hr 40min up and down. You cross over several service roads, just stay on the trail and follow signs.
