Stan's Overlook is a 4.2 mile out and back trail located near Snoqualmie, Washington that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and nature trips and is accessible year-round.
Stan's Overlook is the first stop on the Rattlesnake Mountain Trail. A gentle hike with a nicely maintained trail. Start at Snoqualmie Point Park. Discovery Pass needed.
Easy hike, not much of a view from the lookout. Was really peaceful after about a mile after the 90 traffic died off.
Great hike. First time here. Parked in upper lot that requires a discover pass. Got there around 1:15pm and there were a handful of cars in lot. The toilets at the trail head are gross. Just mostly because people that use them don't take care of them. Mess all over the floor etc. nasty. Clean up after yourselves yo!!! Trail itself is nice. Starts at the lot then crosses several FR junctions. Well marked and signed. There's snow at Stan's Overlook and also further up the trail which I decided to check out. This has got to be a beautiful trail in Spring/Summer. There's all sorts to see from rushing rivers to open fields and deep forest. Only met a handful of people down and up and was pretty much just me and my two dogs. If you do venture further than SO I recommend yaktrax or micro spikes. So easy to get to too off of I-90. There's also an MTB park here as well.
Still some snow at the top, a nice afternoon hike. Will definitely come back in the summer!
Good hike. In snow most of the way.
Easy quick hike! 47 min up including a couple look-out spots to river and mountains. 43 min down. Perfect clear day! Really convenient to get to off the 90.
Good hike, trail is well maintained. Went on a cloudy day so the view wasn't great.
Moderate incline. 2.1miles hike ; 4.2miles out and back. Nice view at the top. There are even a couple of benches and table.
Easy, well maintained trail. Unfortunately went on a cloudy day and didn't see much of a view. Would go back.
