This trail is adjacent to the Hall of the Mosses trail. I liked this more since it also goes by the Hoh river which can be a beautiful sight

Very nice hike though with the low rainfall this year, the mosses seemed dried out and less verdant. Preferred Spruce Trail, especially as it worked it’s way along the Hoh River bank.

The Hall of Mosses was amazing! It’s short and unfortunately crowded but worth it. The Spruce trail is great too. That one takes you into the forest and along the river.

Beautiful, but expect to get wet if your hike is one of the many days it is raining (it is a rainforest). Our 4 year old had some good rain boots on and love splashing in the multitude of puddles.

It had a pretty well maintained path. It had snowed a while back so there was still ice/snow in spots. Overall we enjoyed it.
