Magical day Views couldn’t have been more spectacular Small patches of snow /ice but no worries- no yac chains needed

Had to stop short due to being unprepared for the snow.

First time hiking at high elevations, very fun and challenging. Got rain, sleet, snow, and hail about the size of pearls. Really want to come back in the summer, but it was an amazing experience with amazing views!

One of my favorite hikes, as a lover of mountain fields and wildflowers and such. There's lots of little creeks, and the waterfall and views of Rainier are lovely. A good variety of bodies of water, forest, and open fields, too. There's even some blueberries that you can snack on once you get to the top!

Didn’t do the full trail as I broke off to Spray Falls and back. The falls are absolutely stunning. Because of the recent rain the are at a really good flow.

very balanced with up, down, and leveled sections. the waterfall was incredible. there are camp grounds along the way. if you plan to do the hole trail I recommend starting at 10 am or earlier. if you just want to see the waterfall then 12 pm is totally fine. incredible views. bring water. there are bathrooms at the start.

Great hike, took us about 6 hours total to complete going at a moderate pace. Started off with rain, until we got to the lookout, then the skies cleared up which was nice. Took the extra trip to see the Spray Waterfall which is well worth it! Then we hiked up to the meadow where there wasn’t too many Wild Flowers which was a bit disappointing. We saw small chipmunks & 2 deer! No bears. I must say the drive up to the trail head is ROUGH. Nothing but a bumpy ride for at least 45 minutes. (16 Miles) I was scared the whole time that I’d get a flat tire. So be prepared for a VERY bumpy ride. Beautiful views.

Beautfiul hike! Great views (take the extra trip to the waterfall! It’s hidden looks like a river but climb up the side and you will see it!)

Beautiful hike, incredible water fall. So quiet! Saw two bears at about 6k feet. Missing sign at top for turn off to stay on Spray Trail to Mount Pleasant. Other than that great signage. As always thank you to the Rangers and volunteers of Mt. Rainier National Park.

we were only able to make it to the cliff lookout today due to the rain but it was wonderful. the drive up to the lake and trailhead is a gravel road and absolutely terrifying at points but well worth it. want to come back to do the whole trail.

Great hike...I got to see 7 bears plus a mom and her two cubs....a bit of rain this morning up in spray park..Bugs weren’t bad today..I’m assuming due to the rain

toward Knapsack Pass from Mowich Lake. Unmaintained trail from ranger cabin. To Knapsack Pass. Steep, rooted, meadows, waterfall and cirque.

Great trail! Did this a couple days ago. The drive is a little rough but well worth it. It’s a beautiful hike. After you see the falls it’s defiantly worth going up to the meadow. It’s not a bad hike. We did Mailbox before this trail...and this was a nice follow up. We did see a bear in the meadow and that was a great bonus. In this hike you get the woodsy, rocky with falls and a meadow with beautiful flowers all with in a few miles.

Amazing!!! The first two miles to the falls are fairly flat, then goes uphill from there. We were tempted to turn around after the falls but a lovely couple talked us into going up the meadow. We are SO glad we did!! After the uphill section it opens up to a beautiful subalpine meadow with spectacular views of Mt Rainier. Additionally we saw five bears along the mountain side..! Highly recommend this trail on a clear day.
