Beautiful place to both hunt and just walk/run around. It's very easy-going to maneuver through for both experienced and inexperienced folk and a place I always enjoy visiting.

This is my go to place when I want to get away from the busy life. It's not hard and at some points, you get nice views of the lake. I swam there plenty of times.

Nice trail around the lake with just a couple short, challenging inclines. Lake itself is warm and clear. Steep grade down to the water. Saw some other people who had brought floaties and coolers to make a day of it. Great idea.

April water show for sure. Easy walk, fun bridges and lots of beautiful old growth trees.

this a great trail, but today there was heavy snow trying to drive there, the last mile or two and too much snow on trail to hike in regular shoes..will go again later this spring..use caution driving in

It’s a nice walk, slippery in some spots but it only takes like 30 mins to get around the lake.
There’s a couple camping spots but it’s really not good for that.
We fished in it also and never caught anything. Iv lived in this area my whole life and I don’t know that anyone has ever caught fish in it.

The trail was short, but the drive was long. Spider lake is a spectacular view but unfortunately I picked up eery vibes from the glass-like stillness and once you see one part of it, the rest of the hike is a bore...

So beautiful

Easy trail, but the road to get there is very pot-hole ridden. Pretty lake, thank goodness for this app's GPS, no trail head sign, but gps led me right to it. Wear pants, trail a bit overgrown.

Was there April 4th clear of snow a few big down trees on trail, most have been cut so you can go threw or over, it's getting a bit bushy but it's a great easy hike.

A nice and quick little hike, although it takes a bit to get there on the forest roads. The roads are paved for most of the way. Only passed one other couple hiking. The only drawback was that there were quite a few shotgun shells along the trail.

My first trail after deciding to get into hiking/backpacking as a hobby. It was a nice little trail, although there are not many sites to hang out by the lake. A few places had heavy debris/trees over the trail, but it was still a nice little hike. I would like to go back when it is warmer to swim some time.

Nice mountain lake tucked in tall firs. Not too many picnic spots, especially if others are down there, but we found it worth the walk and found a spot to have a snack while the dog went swimming. There are several trails down, I remember taking a different route on one of our previous visits. Downhill there, uphill back.
