This is a popular state park in the Seattle-Tacoma region with picnic facilities along the beach and a campground in the woods. The trail is in well-maintained condition for about 1.5 miles of walk or hike in the woods.

Absolutely beautiful trail. Family friendly, all the walkers and runners were super friendly and kind when passing one another. Beach was clean and plenty of space for distancing. Bathrooms were clean, picnic areas were clean. Even the grills were clean for sure. Definitely going back

Nice trail. We did half trail and half paved road. Small creek going through. My 2-year-old loved the wildflowers along the road. Lots of mosquitos. Narrow in some places. The beach was gorgeous but absolutely crazy on Mother’s Day.

Nice and easy trail. About 1.5 mile... Very green and pretty. Not many people to worry about social distancing.

Closest one near my house. Have walked to park plenty but haven’t been in the trail in quite awhile. It was fun!

Nice and simple but not so quiet with planes overhead and road noise.

Beautiful views on the water and a great loop to walk your dogs! Makes me wish I lived nearby, such a pretty area Note: this park requires either a fee of $10 at the pay station (or online) or the Discovery Pass

This trail is okay if you just want to go do something outside and get in a short walk/hike. There is quite a bit of noise from nearby roads and plenty of aircraft arriving/departing Seatac airport. Personally, I do not recommend this place for camping, again due to the abundance of aircraft noise, but if that doesn't bother you, go for it. The camping grounds and the short trail is in good condition.

Nice hike except for the airplanes overhead every 30 seconds. Beautiful beach and woods though.

Nice, really low key. It’s pretty, but the air traffic overhead is a little distracting. If you’re looking for a loop to do in under half an hour, though, this is a great place if you’re in the area.

Nice trails, well maintained, not too well marked since I ended up doing half on the road by picking a wrong turn on the trail.. should have been marked... on SeaTac flight path so very noisy today! Great view of the Olympics from the beach!

This is one of my favorite state parks. Nice easy and light trail I love going doing the week the weekends tend to have more traffic. Always peaceful and during the low tide I love watching the blue herons.

I've been going to this park for years but today was the first time I did this loop. the trail was clean and maintained. it has a few areas that are rather steep but doable. a few other folks on the trail but not crowded at all.

Nice hike with the family. Wife and I had kids on the back and 4 in toe. Quick, easy hike and fun on the beach. The airplanes were a little noisy passing overhead. Other than that, great family friendly hike!

really easy, construction disrupted the quiet

6/24/2017 (Saturday) - The loop in the woods is short, easy, but pleasant and cool. Its middle point is the campground, which is full at this summer weekend, but the trail is very lightly used. The beach is a good place for an easy walk with lots of picnic tables. This is a state park, so requires "Discover Pass". A fine summer dusk must be very crowded, because its a good place to enjoy sunset. Note: AllTrails does not display this for "Explore"
