Directions from Trout Lake: Travel north on Primary Forest Route 23 to the forest boundary. Continue on 23 north for approximately four miles to Forest Route 8031. Follow 8031 east for about 0.5 miles where trail users must now hike approximately one mile from Road 8031 to get to the trailhead.
