Trail floods in the spring and takes you to the softball fields. But very flat and good for beginners who want a pleasant walk with birds and some pretty scenery.

Paved the whole way. Heavily used by runners/walkers/dogs for exercise... functional for that purpose, not really a “hike.”

Dog friendly, nicely paved, seems safe enough for a solo walker; pretty scenery and more wetlands than expected. Nice!

I walk this trail almost everyday. It's paved. Lots of nice people! There are benches here and there. You can see turtles and deer and bunny rabbits and snakes and owls and eagles and even coyotes! Mostly level. Great for bike riding, too.

Gem of a greenway, tucked right into the city. Most of the paths are paved, so very accessible.

$3 to park. Paved asphalt. A little gravely. Mostly flat. Real bathroom (clean) with running water. Scenic. Would go back again.

Perfect nature trail. Paved paths with dirt path alternatives, enough folks to make a lone walker feel safe, wildlife, a bridge, beautiful scenery, bird watching, and dogs on leashes. Just after the 1.5 mile mark you come to a "T." If you go left, the pavement ends after a short ways and becomes a dirt and mud trail. Nice to see runners, dog walkers, families and geocachers here today (Saturday).

Beautiful ride. This trial actually goes a lot further than listed if you choose to keep going but you have to find the secret path to the extended rout! Watch out for a few roots that have piped up the concrete on the path.

Such a wonderful respite in Vancouver. Lots of water fowl to view. Paved most of the way-good for the pup too.

Nice flat trail, good for the entire family. We were there for the fall migration of geese, ducks, and swans. Great trail system, nice and wide, well cared for. We picked a beautiful, warm fall day with blue skies and plenty of sunshine.

This is a great paved urban trail. The views of the salmon creek are beautiful close to 36th. It’s a good spot for a run with an option to make it a loop off the paved trail.

Much of this trail is paved and level, making it accessible to those in wheelchairs or other mobility devices.

If anything, this is more of a nature walk than a hike, but well worth it. If you do the round trip, it's about 6 miles, which is a decent calorie burner even without any noticeable elevation gain. But if you were coming here, it wouldn't be for that, it'd be for the wonderful walk or bike ride on a paved trail that parallels the path of Salmon Creek. While you're not directly alongside the river at all times, it's always within earshot and accessed by walking a few yards down one of the dozens of side trails that offshoot from the main trail. You'll walk through forest, field and everything in between. Great way and place to relax amongst the elements. I'll be back.

Great paved trail for an afternoon stretch with kids, elderly, wheelchair bound, trail running. There are a lot of side trails to get peeks of the creek. Because of the general east-to-west orientation of the creek the early morning /late afternoon are the most dramatic “golden hours” of shadow and light.

It’s a nice walk, I prefer a trail that is more out in nature.

This is not a trail and not a loop. This is just a paved straight flat path 3.1 miles long. So 6 miles is back and forth. This is basically a city park. The trail also doesn't follow the creek and strays quite far away from it. I frankly don't understand why is it even listed here.

Nice, wide open scenery with a grey view along the water! Just a little crowded and not much room for exploration.

Nice trail. If you do all the loops and wander a bit beyond the trail I stretched it into a nice 8 mile walk. It is well maintained with great scenery the whole trail.
