Essy pleasant walk
This is a beautiful trail with plenty of great vistas. It is well paved and marked and is great for families it can also be a great trail to go for a run, a leisurely stroll, or bike ride. There is a somewhat steep slope to walk down at the entrance, but after that is very easy.
Pretty lakes and easy trail. Good for walking your pups!
A great place for walking or jogging. Paved and marked every 1/4 mile. Nice and flat. Only complaint is that it can be a little crowded at times and after it rains there are a few spots with huge puddles that cover the width of the trail. Only way around them is through big mud puddles on the side... running shoes are filthy from those. Great family place, lots of kids, dogs, bikes on occasion. Saw horses once.
Nice walk and paved for when it rains there it is pretty busy and many people from dog walkers to bikers good trail close to home
I've walked and run this trail hundreds of times over the past several years. I love every bit of the trail. I don't necessarily love the dog walkers who think it's okay to try to trip runners with their 20 foot leashes, or the bike riders who think because they have tight shorts on the are allowed to speed through there. But the trail itself is amazing.
Definitely a nice flat paved path for biking, running, or walking. I like that this is basically in my backyard and has some nice scenery.
Great leisurely hike
Perfect little trail for running!
