There is a sign that says “Wilbert Trail” right across from the parking lot. This is the trail you take for the Ridge trail. It was nice, with an old growth forest feel to it. We ate some huckleberries along the path. It wasn’t muddy. It took us about 45 minutes. You need the discover pass or you can pay at parking lot for a day pass. I probably wouldn’t do it again. I feel there are better hikes with nicer views, but if you want a mellow loop without a lookout this would work. Good for kids!
