Great walk for families with young children. Brings you up close to the edge of the Skagit River. Also a bonus playground, bbq and toilet area located at the parking lot. If you wanted to make a day of it and have a picnic or bbq

It was absolutely gorgeous! The grounds were carefully tended, the views were breathtaking, and the bathrooms were well maintained! Could not ask for more.

Not the best for fishing but we may have just had a bad spot. This was still one of the best parks that we have been to!

We liked the trail, but not sure that it is really 5 miles. Seemed shorter than that, but I was not wearing a GPS. Beautiful scenery and the park was clean and well kept.
