Trail is in awesome shape, I did debate going to Island & Rainbow vs Pratt a few weeks ago. But today it was providence and made the hike to rainbow lake and had a quick stop at Island as well.

I got to the trailhead at 7:30 Am and it was already overflowing but did find street space outside the lot.

As compared to my hike to Pratt a few weeks ago, the snow has disappeared but for a few spots on Island lake, given our NW sunny forecast, am sure we will not see a trace of it by next weekend.

The hike is shaded for the most part with a number of creek crossings, so even on a warm day as today it felt great to be hiking.
