I biked along the trail - its mostly gravel and has some steep hills. Best part is Minimal traffic throughout the trail. Great workout because of the slopes .

5/17/2016 (Tuesday) - This trail is well maintained, but lightly used. It features gentle ups and downs, and distant views at some points. Good for a half-day walk.

Good trail but the descent down to the Sammamish River Trail can be tough especially for new riders.
