Watched a pod of orcas swim past, learned about clamming at low tide, took in the history of the lighthouse, climbed the 92 steps and thoroughly enjoyed both beachy and foresty aspects of this short trail from the lighthouse.

No point unless it's whale watching season ;)

I came out here after talking to a local in Kingston and I was definitely in for a surprise when I sat down at the chilly beach and watched the horizon line.

So bummed there's not a video upload option on here but I managed to catch a video of a humpback surfacing! And a hand full of sea lions feeding on the salmon.

Great place to fish. Bring waders to cast out further.
