Phillip Arnold Park (The Tapeworm and Parasite Trails) is a 0.6 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Renton, Washington that features a great forest setting and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, nature trips, and mountain biking and is accessible year-round.
It's a great place to ride for about 1 hour but no longer than that due to the short trail, strictly mountain biking in my opinion
Great trails to work on your Cardio and core as well as get better with balance and cornering. Parasite is a tight trail that will have you working those corners.
I went to hike with my dog, the trail is for mountain biking. It needs a map and signs, so it's easier to exit.
I have good time, the trail is well maintained
Fabulous for mountain biking but the trail is not meant for hiking although it could be, but don't expect to be at one with nature. And there's a reason they call it the tapeworm!
Awesome mountain biking!
