It's a great place to ride for about 1 hour but no longer than that due to the short trail, strictly mountain biking in my opinion

Great trails to work on your Cardio and core as well as get better with balance and cornering. Parasite is a tight trail that will have you working those corners.

I went to hike with my dog, the trail is for mountain biking. It needs a map and signs, so it's easier to exit.

Fabulous for mountain biking but the trail is not meant for hiking although it could be, but don't expect to be at one with nature. And there's a reason they call it the tapeworm!
