Nice walk in the park, but the lake I grew up going to is no longer there! Parts of the suggested trail are not an actual trail, which is strange.

Well marked. Terrain good for all hikers. A few steep slopes, but nothing too difficult for a beginner to traverse.

Took 1.75 hours to complete this easy loop trail. The trail is almost flat all the way with many shades and beautiful views over trees and open grassland. Highly recommend to all walks of life who wish to relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature!

Great park in Aldergrove. Stroller friendly. I walk it once a week with my kids (2/4.) Dog friendly on a leash, leash free park up a separate trail.

Shady for the most part, back half was full sun for a bit. Garbage and full bathrooms, great regional park. Salmon berries along the way. Mapped my walk and it was about 6.5k from where I parked.

Enjoyable walk. The Pepin Brook trail is marked one way, and save for a couple who looked like they were on their way to a nightclub in the '80s, everyone followed the signs. Nice views, especially the meadows on the Rockn Horse loop.

Easy trail to navigate. Certainly not a hike but does offer multiple trail selections and an 11km loop. It’s quite busy with families, horses and other walkers on a Saturday afternoon. Will definitely return.

Very pretty views. one loop of the trail is in the woods, and the other loop is out on top of a hill with amazing views. Super easy walk. Well-groomed. Tons of parking and well-marked trails.

Should be rated easy, well groomed with a few hills. I do this one at least once a week with my dog on a leash. Good quick workout.

Gorgeous semi-urban trail. Lots of variety in the terrain, good birds, some mild hills, lovely viewpoints. Would visit again if I had extra time in Aldergrove.

Very nice cinder track, little elevation gain, amazing view of Mt. Baker. An absolute fantasy for a training run. I’m thankful for the maps at every intersection, plenty of parking, and friendly park go-ers!

Another one of my training areas. very nice place to run, and the hill on the northwest part of Pepin Brook is great for intensity training. Aside from this hill i consider this an easy trail, and at most an easy plus (not moderate, not a ton of elevation gain really and non-technical terrain). Downside to this loop and other trails on the park are the lack of distance options exceeding 10km without running on the same paths multiple times, but its still worth 5 stars in my book. as an aside i ran here in elementary for cross country, and believe the schools in the Langley district still use it for their cross country meets.

Walk it every day, it has flat and hilly areas. A good daily plan if you live close by.
