Walking

This is a very nice, easy walk between some farmland and the bay. I saw a blue heron, quite a few red tailed hawks, and flocks of starlings. No other people out while I was walking along. I would have given this a 4 star review but the visibility was very low due to wildfire smoke so you couldn't see anything past the marshy sloughs.

Flat, open views of the bay, and nice breeze. Scenery doesn’t change, so it’s pretty all the way.

Nice, flat, maintained gravel trail along the bay. Completely out in the sun the entire path, so put on your sunblock. Great for families. Wheelchair, and stroller accessible. There is a honey bucket toilet at the beginning of the trail. Parking for maybe 10-15 cars, but also a few spots up by the toilet. When we arrived at 9:45am there were only 2 other cars. When we came back around 10:45am the lot was full. There are also garbage cans along the trail, so please use them! Aaaaaand pick up your dog poo! A few benches along the path if you want to take a break, bird watch, or have a snack. Happy Hiking/Walking! Enjoy :)

Nice quiet trail. We walked it just before sunset on a Wednesday and was quiet and peaceful. Easy paved flat trail.

It was a perfect place to get out. Every one is social distancing and some are wearing masks. There was enough of a breeze to stay cool but with out that the trails offered no shade and could have easily become too hot.

Nice trail near the bay. Completed on 6/16/19 and the water level was low so the bay area was muddy and not underwater like usual. Check it out if you are in the area, but I wouldn't travel far to get to it. Trail in very nice condition, dry and flat

VANDALISM. Both front windows of my car smashed out, as well as two other cars hit. The trial was fairly busy this morning (Memorial Day), so I was surprised by it. I know it's endemic to our area, but maybe some hidden cameras or something? The hike itself is easy, flat with plenty of benches. My first time here and I was expecting something more secluded, but it was a pleasant walk with my daughte

Very nice well maintained trail. I think I would have enjoyed it more if the tide was in. At low tide my view was mud flats but the far off mountains and bay views are great. Parking is good and no Discovery Pass needed. I would plan to go when the tide is in.
