This trail starts in the Big Creek Campground. The first part is fairly steep and gives you a good workout. Once you get over the western ridge line it evens out some. The trail is in good condition with a few washouts from streams. Motorbikes, bikes, and animals are allowed on the trail and I could see the tracks from a motorbike, but I didn't see anyone else on the trail that day. I don't think it is well used. Not much to look at, there are a few clearings with good views.
